• Process Governance and Architecture – With specific skills in process and governance analysis, real-world process development and implementation as well as analytical projects to drive process improvement and efficiency

• IT Strategy and Integration – Involving the complete lifecycle of IT services for client, from strategic direction to meet business needs, through planning, design, implementation and operation of large-scale IT initiatives

• Business and Financial Analysis – Providing business-driven analysis of IT projects for clients. Including the ability to drive sourcing decisions, calculation of ROI/TCO for specific initiatives and complex in-source/outsource decisions

• RFP Services – Assisting and leading a client through a full RFP lifecycle for a given IT initiative for sourcing of infrastructure and services

 

My foundation of business acumen stems from a hands-on analysis and leadership background along with project management and implementation experience.  I possess leadership skills from within numerous functional areas that include software engineering, application development, feasibility analysis, requirements gathering, technical writing, integration and administration of business critical systems.

 

I effectively employ first-rate collaboration and consulting skills to earn the trust and confidence of staff, management, and clients repeatedly; maintaining open channels of communications across all levels of an organization.  In addition, I have effectively led testing, automation, feature enhancement and integration among other countless responsibilities in consulting and managing on large multi-national projects.  My track record illustrates this aspect of successful performance over the majority of the past decade, and this is a trend I intend to continue long into the future.
