To ensure that I deiver the highest quality work on time and under budget, my combined projects do not consume more than 60 hours per week. However, depeneding on the complexity and resource availability during the lifetime of the project, this may change, and will be adjusted based on the metrics and baselining of the project schedule. My goal is to ensure that I dedicate my time and resources in the most effective manner to ensure my clients remain my priority through out the life of the project, and as continued follow up once the project closes. The monitoring phase of every project offers an opportunity to either do more quality work for my current clients, or to develop other IT initiative projects.
The rates for any work is subject to the complexity of the project(s), and in what phase I may be introduce to provide services. Multiple roles and responsibilites may be provided for a single project, as in the case of performing as a Business Analyst and also the Project Manager. However, each role is clearly identified in the Project Plan and is reflected in the Statement of Work (SOW) to be performed and broken down in the Project Schedule. As with every opportunity, all rates are subject to negotiation and is locked in at the time of contract signing.
In addition, as part of my services, I provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly conference calls with all resources and stakeholders to ensure the collaboration and communication between all parties is effective and transparent.
My goal is to reduce and mitigate risks, deliver on-time and under budget, and allow your company to focus on its core competencies. Together We Make Things Happen.
