Below you will find some of the most frequently asked questions regarding my services and qualifications. As always, for greater detail to any questions posed, you may contact me directly, and I will gladly share the necessary information needed to address any inquiries.

Are you available to travel and reside onsite for the duration of a project?

Yes.  With all projects, I typically visit the client site to take an assessment of the environment and meet face-to-face with all stakeholders. This is especially vital in the Pre-Appraise, Appraise/Select, Execution, and Close phase of all projects. Other visitations may be required depending on the complexity of the IT initiative.

For compensation purposes, how do you categorize your work effort(s) and IRS status?

Under normal circumstances I operate as a 1099 resource on all projects. However, depending on the duration and complexity of a given project, W-2 status may be more efficient and beneficial. This will be determined throught the RFP process and proposed to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Fequently Asked Questions

Depending on the complexity of the project I facilitate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly conference calls with all stakeholders and project resources. Additionally, each week I email a status report that contains completed action items and upcoming action items and deliverables for the following week. As part of the transparent activities of the Project Manager I also use SharePoint Services to track issues and tasks and Microsoft Notes as a repository for electronic communications for the duration of the project.
